2. Purpose

Otoolkit offers external tools for the Odoo ERP, including AI-based services such as intelligent translation, content generation, moderation, and click analysis for short links. The services are accessible via a credit-based usage model or through a monthly subscription.

3. Products and Services

a) Credits

Credits are purchased individually.
They are available immediately after payment.
Credits do not expire and are non-refundable.
Since credits are non-perishable, no refund will be granted in the event of service discontinuation.

b) Subscriptions

Three subscription tiers are offered, providing a specific number of credits each month.
Monthly credits are reset at the end of each monthly period.
Subscriptions are activated upon payment confirmation, and credits are allocated at the beginning of each subscription period.
Users can cancel their subscriptions at any time. The subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period, with no refund for the remaining time.
In case of a major service issue, compensation in the form of credits may be offered before considering any refund.

4. Order and Payment Process

Credit purchases and subscription sign-ups are processed via Stripe, after entering billing information.
Accepted payment methods: Bancontact and major credit cards.
An order confirmation is sent to the user once the transaction is completed.
The user can download a receipt immediately after the purchase.
An invoice is generated and sent to the user within two business days.

5. Service Delivery

Purchased credits are available immediately after payment.
Subscriptions are activated upon payment confirmation, and monthly credits are allocated at the beginning of each subscription period.

6. Liability

Otoolkit offers no guarantee of service performance, except for a best-effort commitment to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
In case of service interruption or temporary unavailability, compensation in the form of credits may be considered depending on the extent of the inconvenience.
Otoolkit is not liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the service, such as data loss or financial loss.

7. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Belgian law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to immediately consumable digital services such as Otoolkit credits.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Sale are governed by Belgian law.
In case of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. If no amicable agreement is reached, the dispute will be brought before the competent courts of the registered office of TIPIT SRL.

9. Modification of the Terms of Sale

Otoolkit reserves the right to modify these Terms of Sale at any time. Any substantial changes will be communicated to users by email or via the website.
